AltosXplorer allows you to create an endless amount of charts and takes you beyond what AltosCharts has to offer.  Would you like to compare 4 different areas in one chart?  What about have 2 statistics on one chart by using both the right and left axis?  AltosXplorer allows you to do this and more.  Think outside the box and really utilize all that Altos provides by taking advantage of not just the basic, but the core and advanced statistics as well.  Here are a few examples of what you can do:

Example One
Compare different locations to show how different one zip code is from another, even if they are back to back to each other.
Example Two

Find out the percentage of properties that have had to take a price reduction, not just as a whole, but by quartile.
Example Three
Of the inventory that has had to take a price reduction, what percentage did they have to come down off the list price.
Example Four

Median price of active inventory vs. absorbed inventory
